Kathy Butts was the agent for our daughter's home purchase in Casa Grande. Our daughter recommended Kathy very highly a nd knew her well. Since we were in Texas, our daughter and Kathy did all of the investigating and looking at properties for us. Kathy did an outstanding job of representing our interests.
We contacted Kathy many time on the telephone and by email. All contacts were either answered immediately or very soon after. We had no difficulty with Kathy at all. Our daughter said Kathy was the best agent she has ever used.

She carefully listened to what type of townhouse I was looking for and the location within Downtown Phoenix - she then successfully helped me find the right property, coordinate finding a lender and working with them during the entire buying process, helped negotiate a deal, supported getting the home owners insurance setup, and much more.
